• We meet with you at the site to understand your plans and to confirm that the project is feasible.



• We convert your plans and specifications into a detailed Work Write-Up that complies with the requirements of the 203(k) program. The Work Write-up is a clear and concise outline and project specification;



• We prepare a construction cost analysis of for labor and material and we devise a budget to take you from plan to completion;



• We prepare the forms that HUD requires in order for the project to proceed;
• Contractor bid specification packages
• Lender required forms
• Contractor payment/draw request forms
• Change Order forms



• We assist throughout the construction process including:
• Help in selecting a Contractor and Sub-contractors;
• Guidance on avoiding contractor deception and fraud;
• Review of contractor licensing, insurance and experience;
• Job oversight, inspection, permit review & payment preparation;
• Contractor and supplier warranties;
• Contractor and Owner support;
